Indecisiveness of close people is responsible for death

Incident-01. About the year 2012. The news came from home that my mother’s condition is bad and I have to go home. I went home and saw brothers and sisters crying in a row. I asked my uncle what the doctor said – he said that the doctor said that there is no treatment – how many days will he live now.

Looking at my mother, I couldn’t hold back my tears. His profession sometimes 40/50 sometimes 160/170. I said I will see to the end – I will treat mother as much as it takes money. Everyone around the house came and bid farewell to mother.

I brought her to Lakshipur Medical. The doctor there said that his body is unbalanced. He gave me one day to try and see if the chance of survival is 50/50. The next day the doctor said to take him to Dhaka quickly. All our efforts are over. Accordingly, I brought him to Dhaka City Hospital. After being kept in ICU for 10 days, mother recovered and returned home after 16 days. Lived another 05 years.

Incident-02 After bringing my aunt home after treatment from Majdi Medical, one week later – the condition worsened. Cousins, brothers, sisters, uncles – everyone has given up hope that my aunt will not live anymore. I said – the doctor checks the hospital – if there is no money, I will give it. According to him, my aunt returned home after treatment in another hospital 8/10. He lived for about 10 years.

Incident-03 A distant relative’s niece was diagnosed with cancer two years ago. His treatment continued at a slow pace due to neglect at the PG Hospital. Last Eid I went home after hearing everything – I told his wife and brother to take him to India as soon as possible. I have met many people who have become better – there is no use in thinking about money. For the past one year, his wife has spent a lot of time. In their thinking, if they get better in PG without taking India with so much money?

I heard last night that his condition worsened and he was admitted to the emergency department in PG. Now the doctor says that 80% of the germs have spread in his body. There will be no use with India – time is running out – I will go to see her today for the last time but there will be nothing to do except to keep the regret and anger in my mind.
