Now a case of ‘fraudulent marriage’ against Imran Khan and his wife

Khawar Maneka has filed a case against Pakistan’s former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi for fraudulent marriage. Ex-husband of Khawar Bushra Bibi. In a report on Saturday (November 25), Pakistan-based media The Dawn reported this information.
Bushra Bibi’s ex-husband filed a personal complaint in Islamabad’s Senior Civil Judge Qudratullah’s court on Saturday. There he filed a case against Imran Khan and his wife under Sections 34 (common intention), 496 (fraud in marriage ceremony) and 496B (adultery) of the Pakistan Penal Code.
During the hearing Khawar Maneka submitted a statement under Section 200 (Examination of the Complainant) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Later the court issued notices to the three witnesses mentioned in the case. They are Istekham-e-Pakistan Party member Aun Chowdhury, Nikah officiant Mufti Muhammad Saeed and Maneka’s housekeeper Latif. The judge ordered them to appear in court on November 28 (Tuesday).
In the complaint, Khawar Maneka requested the court, Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi should be summoned and given strict punishment as per law in the interest of justice.
He said the PTI chief often visited his house for hours in his absence under the guise of spiritual healing, which was not only undesirable but also unethical.
He also said that Imran Khan used to call Bushra Bibi late at night, giving her a separate contact number and mobile phone for later contact.
He also mentioned that he divorced his ex-wife Bushra Bibi on 14 November 2017.
Khawar Maneka filed such a case at a time when PML-N party leaders are making various negative comments against Imran Khan.
