I’ve seen on the news that over two hundred people have been released from a torture cell called “Ayna Ghar”. Some were detained there for ten to twelve years. Many relatives of the missing people have been standing there day and night with pictures of their loved ones, hoping against hope that their loved ones will suddenly come out and embrace them! Yet, they don’t know if everyone is still alive. What kind of story is this? And yet, you will try to suppress these issues by bringing up other matters?
I’ve heard stories about people being abducted by law enforcement agencies for political dissent since childhood. This has happened during the reign of a particular regime and its successors!
So now we want state reforms first and foremost to ensure that no more “Ayna Ghar” is created in the country. Otherwise, “Ayna Ghar” will remain, only the one who orders the abductions will change. The abductions will continue.
What is the reason for the fact that many of the police forces have become indifferent and fled from many police stations in the country? Interestingly, the president of the police association admitted that the police force has been used as a tool for political interests. Not all cops are bad but we saw who was in what role. Now is the time to reform the entire police force. So that in the future, no police will dare to open fire on people’s chests. But before that, it is necessary to find out through an impartial commission of inquiry, how many policemen have been appointed by any political party because of their party identity since 1990. Even if those who have been appointed with political identity are silent today, they will have the courage to lift their cover again in the future.
I have already heard that in the secretariat, police station, bank insurance and various other institutions, the supporters of the old party are getting rid of the supporters of the other party. The new government has to monitor these issues and strictly stop factionalism. It should be remembered that this change in exchange for the blood of more than five hundred martyrs did not take place under the banner of any political party, it took place in the mass coup of ordinary students.
