So much haste with those over-the-top people.
I don’t go to all these old type picnics again. It’s Centennial College again. There was talk of a big university like a famous university or medical hall in Bangladesh. What’s the point of going to the Centennial picnic now?
Brother, I go.
I go because when the ice is cold in this country where the heart of native people is colder than ice, there are some people I met at Centennial College, some moments and some experiences that can’t be forgotten even after getting a big degree or designation.
Let me ask you one thing, ask your Canadian child if he can pronounce the name of the Alumni Association of Bangladesh correctly. But your child’s face will light up when you talk about Centennial. His parents have Canadian degrees.
Centennial is Ontario’s first community college that has created careers for millions of students. Do you remember that college chat, that class, student center, library. Centennial built our Canadian structure.
Canada is our foster mother’s country. Centennial College has determined that I can adapt to that mother, give myself an identity. And what is most important and important, is a community among our Bangladeshi students. But I still hold that community in my heart. Still for any need or need.
People you see every day, dinner with them, and chats with people you don’t see for a long time. And with the rest, sports, concerts, dancing, singing and eating – aha ha. It’s like going back to college days.
We are having our picnic on Saturday 20th July 2024. Place Adams Park. Very beautiful place, even more beautiful people. What else do you want?
Toronto, Canada
