Lahore At the top of air pollution, Dhaka air is bearable

Pakistan’s Lahore is at the top of air pollution. However, the air quality of the capital Dhaka has improved a lot. This information is known from the Air Quality Index (IQAIR) index of the air quality monitoring organization on Wednesday (August 2) at 9:05 am.

Lahore, which tops the list, has an air quality score of 153, meaning its air quality is unhealthy. Dubai in the United Arab Emirates is in the second position. The city has a score of 152 which means that the air quality there is also unhealthy.

Third on the index is Kuching, Malaysia, with a city score of 151. The air quality there is also unhealthy.

Dhaka is 35th in the pollution list. The pollution level score of the capital Dhaka is 57 which means the air quality here is moderate or tolerable.

Air quality is considered good if the score is between zero and 50. 51 to 100 is moderate or tolerable air quality. A score of 101 to 150 is considered unhealthy for sensitive groups. 151 to 200 is considered unhealthy. A score of 201 to 300 is considered very unhealthy. Besides, if it is more than 301, it is considered disastrous.
