Two men have been publicly executed at a football stadium in Afghanistan’s southeastern Ghazni province.
On Thursday (February 22), the Supreme Court of Taliban-controlled Afghanistan announced this information. The two men were executed with the approval of Taliban chief Hibatullah Akhundzada. They were accused of murder.
The Supreme Court also said that after the murder charges against the two persons were proved, they got all kinds of legal benefits. After completing all the processes, they were executed. One of the two people who were publicly executed was named Syed Jamal. Another one eats gulls.
According to the Taliban, Syed Jamal Maidan was a resident of Lora village in Wardak province. He killed a man named Amir Mohammad seven years ago. On the other hand, Gul Khan killed a man named Mohammad Qasim five years ago. Both of them committed murder with a knife.
