India’s foreign minister said at the event held in Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka, that the Security Council does not want new countries to become members. Because it will reduce their power. He also said, “The Security Council will decide in advance, who will be the members here.” These members do not want to relinquish the reins of power. They want to retain control of the entire club.

Besides, he commented that the United Nations is becoming more ineffective and ineffective day by day. In this regard, he said, ‘From one point of view, it is a failure of the entire human race. In my opinion, the whole world is being harmed by this. The damage is because the United Nations is becoming increasingly ineffective in resolving global conflicts.

Basically, India’s foreign minister thinks that reforms in the United Nations are necessary to deal with various global challenges. He said, “If you ask 200 countries whether there is a need to bring reform to the United Nations, you will see that the majority of them will vote in favor of reform.”
