Canada is helping China to catch fugitives

Calvin Krusty, a former Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) operations officer in British Columbia, said in an interview that he had been instructed by higher authorities in Ottawa to assist officials in the country regarding a high-ranking Chinese fugitive.
