A generation energized by the pledge of patriotism

Those who hold meetings, rallies and processions against India are doing more and more of these. I am with you in the field, on paper, in person or in spirit. I express solidarity with your demands. The damage that India has done to us after independence is irreparable. Indian intelligence agencies and their domestic allies have made the entire country dependent, especially India.

An independent country, which is 54 years old, cannot have such a shabby medical sector, education sector, cultural arena or economic backbone. Even after so many years of independence, it is regrettable to look at the overall image and character of the country. Where were we supposed to reach and where are we? Therefore, it is important to create strong public opinion against India. If necessary, we will have to hire a monkey and use him to campaign against India! India has done us irreparable damage.

Are you again increasing your love affair with Pakistan on the occasion of the procession and march against India? Khabardar – Don’t even think about doing this. The discriminatory behavior they have shown towards East Pakistan during the twenty-four years of Pakistan rule is not the behavior of a civilized nation. Just the hellish massacres, barbaric rape of mothers and sisters and brutal torture they have inflicted on the people of East Pakistan during the liberation war – even if Pakistan were to be reborn three million times and apologize every time, it would not deserve forgiveness.

The next generation of martyrs does not have the power to forgive the brutality that Pashan Yahya, the butcher Bhutto committed against the people of East Bengal and present-day Bangladesh, the lives that he took or the blood that he shed. Those who did not want Bangladesh then and still do not hold Bangladesh in their hearts and minds should be careful. Pakistan is not the land of love. One in religion, one in country, yet the Lord has not given people the power to forgive the disgusting and barbaric behavior they have committed, the way they have committed genocide, the way they have raped women or burned women and children to death. Therefore, Pakistan will show love and restrain its tongue while speaking.

We have no enmity with the general public of Pakistan or India. We are friends with the peace-loving people of this country and that country. However, there is no compromise or friendship with the governments of countries that have the same attitude as in ’71 and ’24. There is no chance of that happening. Those who are obsessed with the nightmare of dragging Pakistan into their laps because of the increasing hatred towards India, should not forget the dark night of March 25, 1971, the killing of the children of the sun on December 14, and the long history of nine months of blood and corpses. This fight is not only against India’s hegemony but also against the ghosts of Pakistan. Do not show fear and love for India and Pakistan by making another Muslim poet stand up to protect the values of a Hindu poet. Be in peace and let it be.

The bloody history of ’71 has not been forgotten. The blood stains of ’24 have not yet dried from the roads. The injured boys and girls are still crying in hospital beds. So those who love Pakistan and love India – be careful twice. This generation is made of different metals. Those who have read, understood, searched and learned the history of the country, those who have boycotted their neighbors after seeing and hearing them – do not consider them as the sea of yes-hukum-jahanpana. Whether it is business relations with Pakistan, good relations with India – there is no objection. The generation also wants relations and justice with the neighbors. But for the sake of the sake, we will forget the black chapter of ’71, we will justify the Indian aggression of the past few decades – this will not happen on this ground. Let no one do something stupid like turning into a public enemy by trying in vain.

The generation is united in any sacrifice for the sovereignty of Bangladesh and for the sake of the country’s dignity and self-reliance. But Gen-G is not the generation that forgives the black chapter of history, does not pay the price of the lives of millions of people, or forgets the unjust behavior of India after independence and makes a fuss with anyone. Every turn of history will be remembered. The generation that learned to give life, the generation that showed the courage to achieve rights with a wink or those who do not care about anyone’s eyes – will anyone cover up the wounds of the past by trampling on their dreams? Not possible. Let there be no bad attempt. Be careful.

So, after living on the soil of Bangladesh, enjoying the light and air of this country, will anyone alienate another country? Be careful, beware! No one will dare to show such courage. Those for whom the interests of India and Pakistan are greater than the interests of Bangladesh should repent in their hearts. Otherwise, cross the border and go to the other side. India will fill the void with Pakistan or will climb into India’s lap to take revenge on Pakistan – both are abandoned. Our relations with India and Pakistan will be commercial and its criteria will be fairness and equality. There is no way to give anyone extra opportunities by destroying the country’s interests and putting sovereignty at risk. On the issue of sovereignty, we must boycott both old and new enemies. The generation has probably already united under the oath of patriotism. Can you hear the slogan of the conspirators – the oath to protect the interests of Bangladesh?
