On January 20, 2023, at approximately 8:30 am, Headingley RCMP responded to a report of multiple semi-trailers on fire at a business located on Goldenrod Drive in the RM of Rosser.
Upon arrival, officers observed numerous semi-trailers engulfed in flames.
With the assistance of the local fire department and the Office of the Fire Commissioner, the cause of the fire was determined to be arson. The business estimates the damage to the vehicles and contents of the trailers to be around $7 million dollars.
